UV Coating

Dried inks can show fingerprints and scuffing, especially on dark solids. To ensure that your printed piece looks as good after handling as it did when it came off the press, we offer effective and economical UV (Ultraviolet) Coating.

UV Coating is a clear liquid spread over the paper like ink and then cured instantly with ultraviolet light. UV coating gives more protection and sheen than either varnish or aqueous coating and, since it is cured with light and not heat, no solvents enter the atmosphere, so it is more environmentally friendly.
